Educational Requirement

Strong expertise in solar PV system design, energy yield analysis, and procurement.
5+ years in solar project execution, EPC, or technical project management.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, PVsyst, Helioscope, and MS Office.
Knowledge of local regulations, grid interconnection policies, and safety standards in Bangladesh.
Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet strict deadlines.

Location: Suite # 16/B, Navana Tower, 45, Gulshan-1, Dhaka.We are looking for a highly skilled Solar Project Execution Lead to oversee the proposal preparation, system design, procurement, and execution of EPC solar projects under both CAPEX & OPEX models in Bangladesh. The ideal candidate should have experience in solar project engineering, procurement, and execution, ensuring efficient project completion.Responsibilities:Proposal & Design Development:
Prepare technical and commercial proposals for industrial and commercial solar projects (CAPEX and OPEX).
Conduct site assessments and feasibility studies for rooftop, ground-mounted, and floating solar projects.
Design solar PV systems, including module layout, inverter selection, and electrical system design.
Develop energy yield assessments (PVsyst reports) and project cost estimations.
Procurement & Vendor Management:
Identify and manage suppliers, vendors, and subcontractors for solar equipment and materials.
Prepare BOQ (Bill of Quantities) and technical specifications for procurement.
Negotiate pricing and delivery schedules with local and international suppliers.
Project Execution & Coordination:
Lead the execution of EPC solar projects from design to commissioning.
Coordinate with engineering, procurement, and installation teams to ensure timely project completion.
Ensure compliance with local regulations, safety protocols, and quality standards.
Troubleshoot technical issues and provide on-site support as needed.
Stakeholder & Client Management:
Work closely with clients to understand project requirements and provide technical support.
Prepare and present project updates to management, investors, and clients.
Assist in contract negotiation and PPA (Power Purchase Agreement) discussions for OPEX projects.
Reporting & Documentation:
Maintain detailed project documentation, including design reports, work progress reports, and budget tracking.
Generate weekly/monthly project status reports for senior management.
