Working Hours: 9:00 PM – 7:00 AM (Rotating schedule)Job Responsibilities:01.Gain an in-depth understanding of product details and master relevant professional knowledge and platform policies.02.Provide customer support and communication for North American clients via English-language channels.03.Respond promptly to inquiries, resolve issues, and facilitate order conversions. Track orders from initiation to fulfillment.04.Analyze customer needs, document complaints/feedback, and maintain strong client relationships.Requirements:
Education: Bachelor’s degree or higher required
Experience: Minimum 1 year of pre-sales customer service experience (recent graduates with relevant internships/experience may apply). Proven experience in English-language online customer service (cross-border or international roles preferred)
Technical Skills: Proficiency in CRM systems (e.g., HubSpot, Zendesk) and ticketing tools (e.g., Freshdesk, Jira Service Management) is highly preferred
Soft Skills: Detail-oriented, patient, and responsible with strong stress tolerance. Excellent communication, emotional intelligence, adaptability, and customer-centric mindset.
Preferred Qualifications:
Certifications in English proficiency (e.g., TOEFL, IELTS) or customer service (e.g., COPC, HDI)
Familiarity with Etsy Seller Dashboard or similar e-commerce platforms.
Onboarding Support: Comprehensive training and one-on-one mentoring during the probation period.
