Responsibilities
:
Responsible to confirm the development sample, style details, materials required for production, providing technical advice and guideline production team to solve all technical issues.
Develop & implement production tracking, quality control systems, analysis production quality, maintaining other operational problem.
Assessing resource requirements, providing information to the management and coordinate with the relevant parties to ensure the availability to all resource for production.
Conduct overall operation meeting before bulk production to identify critical production issue and advising to the production team on all related aspects and coordinate with other team to ensure production quality.
When starting bulk production to identify critical process to ensure the operators how to sewing for better quality.
Ensure the production and quality performance parameters (output, efficiency, quality, on time delivery, material consumption etc.) are meet as per agreed standards.
Ensure the operational safety and compliance issue with customer requirements to achieve the business objectives.
To ensure the line layout, machine layout as per our policy and quality requirements.
Developing and maintaining good industrial relation with all department, Resolving relevant employee relation issue in coordination with Plant Manager.
Ensure the production finished pattern with related team. If any problem in operation process in the production floor to solve the problem.
To attend sample development meeting with sample manager.
When operator do mistake in any process, technician follow how to solve the mistake.
Responsible to ensure smooth operational process in production.Maintaining the Quality Policy & Objectives.
Full fill the requirements of ISO & Buyer’s.
Ensuring the health, safety, cleanliness and security of the work environment Maintain health and safety, cleanliness procedures are maintained at all times and any behaviors of subordinates that could effect the H&S risks are necessary.
Any duties & responsibilities assigned by the Management from time to time, as deemed necessary.
