We are looking for a young, dynamic, and energetic marketing and Sales Executive who has experience in the Bangladesh Real Estate/ Land Development industry/ Hotel & Resort Time Share. Job Responsibilities:
Adequate knowledge on Land/ Real Estate business as well as present market scenario.
To achieve target of monthly, quarterly & yearly sales.
Able to communicate with wide network of different professionals / businessmen and look for prospective customers.
Contact potential or existing customers to inform them about Share/ownership.
To follow up with further steps of the sales process.
Must be a very good finisher/ deal closer in over the cell phone selling
