Responsibilities
:
Program Management:
Supervise day-to-day operations of the Service Center, with a focus on SRH, HIV, STI, MHPSS, GBV case management, and volunteer activities.
Coordinate and implement interventions for key vulnerable populations, particularly Sex Workers, Hijra and Adolescents at risks of STI, HIV and GBV.
Ensure alignment of outreach activities with program goals by providing technical assistance and support in the camps.
Team Leadership:
Guide and monitor local volunteers to maximize engagement and program outcomes.
Develop and manage duty rosters for outreach/field staff, ensuring smooth execution of activities.
Evaluate the performance of the Outreach Supervisor and volunteers providing the necessary resources and guidance to achieve objectives.
Monitoring & Reporting:
Track and analyze program and financial performance, ensuring compliance with organizational standards for procurement process.
Prepare and submit timely monthly and quarterly work plans and progress reports, addressing areas for improvement.
Conduct monthly/quarterly assessments of clinic performance and report findings to supervisors.
Resource & Budget Management:
Manage and monitor the allocated budget, ensuring efficient utilization of resources.§ Regularly verify petty cash status and oversee the inventory of health products and equipment.
Allocate fixed assets as per organizational guidelines.
Collaboration & Networking:
Maintain liaison with local HIV/AIDS prevention organizations to ensure alignment and updates on activities.
Represent the organization at workshops, seminars, and other relevant events with Local Stakeholders (PFT), Law Enforcement Agency, Camp authority and Upazila Govt Administration.
Community Engagement:
Maintain a professional, supportive manner when engaging with the public and media regarding STI/HIV/AIDS prevention, treatment, and care.
Take initiative to organize group sessions in the facility and outreach as per work plan and target.
Safeguarding & Compliance:
Uphold safeguarding standards and promote a culture of safety within the team and treat colleagues protecting everyone’s dignity.
Ensure the proper reporting and resolution of any incidents per the established procedures.
Other Duties:
Organize and lead monthly staff meetings, ensuring proactive planning and communication.
Undertake additional assignments as directed by the organization’s leadership in alignment with the project’s objectives.
