Required Skills & Knowledge
Technical Skills:
Knowledge of API manufacturing, GMP, cGMP, and regulatory compliance.
Strong understanding of process safety and hazardous chemical handling.
Safety & Compliance:
Familiarity with EHS standards, risk assessment, and HSE regulations.
Experience in Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS) management.
Leadership & Management:
Ability to lead teams, coordinate with departments.
Strong decision-making, problem-solving, and cost control skills.
Required Qualification & Competencies
B.Sc in Chemical / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering.
A certification or diploma in HAZOP will be preferred.
Understanding of business processes within the organization
Well conversant in English & Bangla with strong analytical and problem-solving skills is a requirement.
Should be self-driven, result oriented, having ‘can do’ attitude and ability to work with minimal supervision.
Required Experience
Minimum 8 years of relevant working experience is required.
Preferred Industry Experience: Fertilizer, Chemical, Oil & Gas, or Petroleum Refinery industries.

Safety Compliance: Enforce safety protocols, develop SOPs, and conduct training to ensure a safe working environment.
Risk Assessment: Identify hazards, implement preventive measures, and collaborate with EHS for regulatory compliance.
MSDS Management: Maintain, update, and ensure staff awareness of Material Safety Data Sheets (MSDS).
Technical Documentation & Compliance: Keep records, ensure GMP compliance, and support audits.
Chemical Handling & Process Safety: Ensure proper handling, storage, and disposal of hazardous chemicals.
Cross-Functional Coordination: Work with Production, QA, and EHS teams for smooth operations.
Regulatory & Environmental Compliance: Adhere to WHO, FDA, cGMP, and manage sustainability initiatives.
