To be checked, revised & keep records requisition/demand note/indent.Sourcing/ Market rates have to be verified physically in the market as a continuous function of internal audit.Conduct sales operation audits for 2W & 3W.Audit credit customers and showroom/pro-dealers.Perform inventory audits at factories, including PDI, SPDR & CSPD.Assist in JV & payment voucher checking.Perform bank reconciliation checks.Conduct re-sales operation audits.Audit financial transactions and systems.Comparative Statements of rate(CS) have to be checked.To check purchase orders/ work order & receipt of goods or services.To check purchase bills. salary sheet, OT sheet, bonus sheet.To audit periodical physical inventory.Any other tasks assigned by HOD. |
