Proven experience in the utilization of application software, operating systems and database servers.Demonstrable experience and in-depth knowledge of Billing, Accounting, and RMG-based ERP software systems are mandatory.Meticulous record-keeping practices for maintaining clear documentation of client communications for future reference.Ability to work effectively both independently and within a collaborative team environment.Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.Exceptional patience and the ability to effectively interact with users of varying technical proficiency.Fluency in both English and Bangla, with strong oral and written communication skills.Excellent communication and presentation skills, coupled with a professional demeanor, are essential.Willingness to travel outside Dhaka for on-site support purposes as required. |
