Responsibilities
:
Overseeing the update on production status, sampling & required information being provided by the merchandisers to the buyers.
Have to manage client account from order inquiry to shipment, Inventory and Supply chain planning.
Responsible for proper follow up and committed with the time line given by Buyers and obviously meet the time line. follow up time to time and update on the system
Co-ordinates with production team in order to deliver on time shipment and ensure merchandisers are updating order status to reputed person also in the group .
Have to take care of all aspects of quality from initial to final stage of the production.
Work collaboratively with bulk and development part both.
Ability to foster a cooperative work environment.
Handling supply/production problems if arise.
Strong capable to handle in quantitative analysis.
Arrange all kind of fabrics & accessories from local & foreign sources as required for production.
Maintain the style check list for each & every style for receiving & issuing.
Maintain all quality policy.
Follow up with planning/production/commercial team and ensure shipment move on time.
Any other responsibilities assigned by the management.
