  • এনজিওতে সংশ্লিষ্ট কাজে কমপক্ষে ৪ বছরের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবে। পানি ও পয়ঃনিষ্কাশন, জলবায়ু পরিবর্তন, দুর্যোগ ঝুঁকি ব্যবস্থাপনা বিষয়ক প্রকল্পের কাজে অভিজ্ঞতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থীদেরকে অগ্রাধিকার দেয়া হবে।
  • প্রার্থীর Data Collection, Compilation, Data Analysis, Reporting & Documentation, Logical Frm work সম্পর্কে দক্ষতা থাকতে হবে।
  • তথ্য প্রযুক্তিভিত্তিক ডাটা বেইজ তৈরি ও SPSS জানা অতিরিক্ত যোগ্যতা হিসাবে বিবেচিত হবে।

    Responsibilities : দুঃস্থ স্বাস্থ্য কেন্দ্র (ডিএসকে) ১৯৮৮ সাল থেকে বাংলাদেশের নগর ও পল্লী অঞ্চলে দরিদ্র জনগণের জন্য বিভিন্ন উন্নয়নমূলক আর্থ-সামাজিক কার্যক্রম পরিচালনা করে আসছে। বর্তমানে FCDO এর আর্থিক সহায়তায় খুলনার সুন্দরবন এবং মৌলভিবাজার জেলার হাকালুকি হাওড় অঞ্চলে NABAPALLAB (নবপল্লব) প্রকল্পে নিম্ন লিখিত পদে যোগ্যতা সম্পন্ন প্রার্থী নিয়োগ করবে।Responsibilities:
  • The monitoring and Documentation Officer will be responsible for developing a Monitoring & Evaluation framework, M&E Plan, and tools to collect data and effectively manage the system in coordination with the consortia counterpart and under the supervision of the Project Delegate / Senior Representative.
  • Manage the collection of relevant data and information for monitoring and evaluation, working with the consortia organizations and local stakeholders to ensure the required data is collected on time and to a high standard and develop monitoring reports.
  • Ensure that project field staff are trained on monitoring tools and data collection techniques/ methodology Validate through observation and field visits information received from the team and partners to ensure high levels of accuracy and clarity in data collection. Take into consideration how to assess the potential impact of project interventions on communities, including any children or vulnerable people.
  • Undertake M&E data computation and analysis to support project requirements and needs.
  • Conduct periodic monitoring and review visits and provide internal lessons learnt and good practices to the project team that contributes to a good knowledge management system.
  • Assist in monitoring project activities, and assess whether outputs and outcomes are meeting targets. This will require an assessment of progress against deliverables specified in log frames.
  • Use data sources (quantitative and qualitative) to assess project progress and support the optimization of program delivery, in conjunction with the line manager.
  • Monitor and supervise technical interventions to ensure implementation according to agreed standards and within budget and take appropriate remedial action if/when standards are not being met.
  • Coordinate and Support KAP surveys, Baseline and end-line Surveys of the project.
  • Prepare regular and ad-hoc reports and technical overviews as needed and submit to delegate as and when required.
  • In collaboration with the project consortiums, develop and implement mechanisms to monitor and evaluate project performance, according to work plans and project targets.
  • Collaborate with other consortia Partners of the project at the field level (unit /ward/school) on coordination and technical support.
  • Effectively participate in coordination meetings, clusters and working groups as directed by the Project Delegate / Senior Representative.
  • Ensure that the project is implemented following DSK and donor policies and procedures.
  • Programmatic cooperation with other managers, colleagues and other team members in order to create and use project-internal synergies;
  • Participating in monthly meetings and preparing field level activity reports at the end of the month
  • Understands and obey the principles of DSK like PSEA, GBV, Child Protection, Code of Conduct, Finance & Procurement etc.
  • In case of involvement in any form of sexual misconduct (sexual exploitation, sexual harassment and sexual abuse/harassment), the organization will take disciplinary action as per employment rules, adopting zero tolerance policy.
