Responsible for daily target & quality.Plan, organize, and monitor daily production activities to meet delivery deadlines.Responsible for Floor administrations & compliance issue.Responsible for Cost control & Methods improvementsMust be responsible to follow up QMS & Company SOP.Should have good communications skill.Supervise and coordinate with different departments, including cutting, sewing, finishing, and quality control.Responsible to maintain Allocated machines & optimum utilizations.Train and motivate the production team for continuous improvement. |
