A Leading Telecommunication company is looking for Territory sales executive for SME Business.Employment Type: Payroll Employee Job Responsibilities:Explore market and Plan sales, based on Enterprise Business guidance. Achieve individual Sales, acquisition, retention and refill target for the assigned market. Ensure periodic area KPIs (i.e. revenue, sales, RGB etc.) are achieved consistentlyEnsure up Sales and Cross Sales through proper Account Management Penetrate the IOT and Solution Products to the B2B markets of assigned territoryBuild an effective SME sales force by regular briefings, on-the-job & off-the-job trainings as well asEstablishing long term relationship with key partners through regular market visitsAchieve individual Sales, acquisition, retention and refill target for the assigned market. Well as establishing long term relationship with key partners through regular market visitsEnsure periodic area KPIs (i.e. revenue, sales, RGB etc) are achieved consistently.Plan how to expand SME sales coverage & route organization plan to boost up sales & revenue of the regionsEnsure effective utilization of reports for day-to-day decision making & for improving performance of distributors |
