| Responsibilities |

Assist in performing laboratory tests, sample processing, and result documentation. Handle specimen collection, labeling, and storage following standard protocols. Operate and maintain laboratory equipment as per guidelines. Prepare reagents, slides, and test solutions for diagnostic procedures. Follow quality control procedures to ensure accurate and reliable test results. Maintain cleanliness and safety in the laboratory, adhering to biohazard protocols. Support senior technicians and pathologists.Record and update laboratory data in the system while ensuring confidentiality. Ensure compliance with healthcare safety and laboratory regulatory standards. Perform any other tasks assigned by the management or senior laboratory personnel |
