  • Expertise in food presentation, plating, and customer dining experience enhancement.
  • Strong analytical skills for cost analysis, budgeting, and financial reporting.
  • Proven leadership in team management, staff training, and hospitality operations.
  • Knowledge of food safety regulations and hygiene standards.
  • Experience with POS systems, inventory management, and restaurant analytics tools.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills for guest engagement and conflict resolution.

    Responsibilities : About us:CPDL Family is expanding its Hospitality Management division to establish new benchmarks in restaurant and hotel operations. We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Assistant/Deputy Manager to oversee Food & Beverage (F&B) operations and enhance overall hospitality service standards.Key Responsibilities:
  • Serve as a collaboration point to coordinate restaurant and hotel operations under the Hospitality Management team.
  • Oversee daily F&B operations, ensuring smooth service and guest satisfaction.
  • Maintain high standards of food presentation and plating & food serving aesthetics.
  • Conduct cost analysis of food and beverage items, optimizing pricing and profitability.
  • Supervise and train staff to maintain hospitality excellence including maintaining food quality.
  • Manage inventory, procurement, and vendor relations for efficient operations.
  • Ensure compliance with food safety, hygiene regulations, and industry standards.
  • Handle guest interactions, feedback management, and service improvements.
  • Work closely with the culinary team on menu development and seasonal offerings.
  • Monitor sales performance, operational efficiency, and cost control, preparing reports.
  • Collaborate with the CPDL Hospitality Management Team to implement best practices and business strategies.
