Minimum 1 year experience in similar position in a reputed organization.
Previous technical/repair experience in home appliance products.
Strong troubleshooting skills.

Repair, install, and maintain home appliances in the field and home, including Microwave ovens, Gas Stove, Rice Cooker, Pressure Cooker, Electric Iron, Ceiling Fan, Rechargable Fan, Weight Scale, Mixer Grinder, Induction/Infrared Cooker and Home Appliance related Products.
Respond to assigned work orders in a timely fashion.
Perform regular maintenance work on home appliances.
Diagnose electrical and mechanical defects and malfunctions.
Install, replace, or repair equipment that has been damaged.
Adjust and calibrate equipment as necessary.
Manage inventory of parts and components on assigned Service Truck.
Participate in "on-call" rotation within the department, including weekends and holidays.
Adhere to all safety policies and procedures.
