  • Research and identify potential markets, clients, and revenue streams.
  • Actively prospect and generate new business leads through various channels like networking, cold calling, and online outreach.
  • Foster strong, long-term relationships with existing and new clients to ensure business growth and retention.
  • Create and implement strategies to increase sales, targeting high-potential clients and markets.
  • Lead negotiations and close sales, ensuring agreements align with company goals and profitability.
  • Monitor industry trends and analyze competitors to stay ahead and identify opportunities for differentiation.
  • Work with marketing, sales, and product teams to align strategies and enhance service offerings.
  • Ensure a smooth onboarding process for new clients and provide continuous support for client satisfaction.
  • Measure and report on business development performance, including sales, market trends, and forecasting future growth.
