Generate of new customers and opening up of new territories within the regions.Promote Aquatic Feed and achieve sales targets every time as estimated.Manage and develop dealers in respective areas.Provide technical services to customers regarding.Culture and take initiatives to provide training on farm management.Analyze present market and create new market sales.Visit different Fish Farms frequently to promote and generate sales.Any other tasks as assigned by management.Analyze development & implement sales goals & plans.Attend training programs and education workshops to ensure customer satisfaction.Ability to work under pressure.Ability to achieve the monthly & yearly target.Make sales decision considering the seasonal & economical condition of the customer.Required vast knowledge about fish production & fish marketing.Capacity to brand development must be achieved through developing relationship with customer. |
