টেবিল সেটআপ ও সঠিকভাবে খাদ্য পরিবেশন ইত্যাদি সম্পর্কে জানতে হবেখাবার স্টেশনগুলিতে পর্যাপ্ত পরিমান খাবার সাজিয়ে রাখাভদ্রতার সাথে অর্ডার নিতে হবেকিচেনের সাথে সমন্বয় করতে হবেদীর্ঘ সময় ক্যান্টিনে কাজ করার মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবেদায়িত্ব ও কর্তব্য নিয়ে কাজ করার ইচ্ছা ও মন মানসিকতা থাকতে হবেখাবার পরিবেশনের অভিজ্ঞতা থাকতে হবেপ্রয়োজনে ক্যাশ কাউন্টারে কাজ করতে হবেখাদ্য পরিবেশনের জন্য প্রয়োজনীয় স্বাস্থ্য সুরক্ষা, স্বাস্থ্যবিধি, স্যানিটেশন জ্ঞান থাকতে হবে।
