Install, inspect, maintain, and repair electrical systems, wiring, and treatment devices across branches and factories.
Diagnose and troubleshoot electrical issues in equipment, ensuring minimal downtime.
Perform routine maintenance and preventive checks on electrical circuits, control panels, and industrial machinery.
Ensure electrical system safe and efficient operation, adhering to company policies and safety regulations.
Provide technical support and on-site assistance for electrical failures and emergency repairs.
Collaborate with the operations and maintenance team to resolve issues and improve system performance.
Maintain detailed logs and reports of maintenance work, equipment performance, and repair schedules.
Travel frequently to branches and factory locations for inspections, maintenance, and emergency repairs. Plan and execute Annual, Preventive, Corrective, and Scheduled Maintenance to ensure smooth operations.
Maintained Air Compressor, Generator, Substation, MDB, SDB, DB and other electrical issues.
Maintain Heat Seal and Screen Print Machines. Monitor, analyze, and report resource consumption (water, electricity, gas, steam) to recommend cost-saving measures.
Hands-on experience with substations, power plants, boiler operations, and industrial machinery.
