Responsibilities
:
Understand customer requirements to develop effective quality assurance system.Full responsibility for quality functions. (i.e.: Manufacturing process to Product shipment).Supervise Quality Team to ensure the Customer requirements.Validates quality processes by establishing Product specifications and quality attributes.Should have knowledge of all aspect of quality control methods and practices including AQL levels and other prevailing international standards to Implement and improve Quality Policy, Plan, Manual and SOP.Develops and analyzes statistical data and product specifications and Collaborating with the Department Heads to determine Quality Standards and establish quality and reliability expectancy of finished product.Proficient in quantitative/statistical analysis/measurement of quality data for producing important reports detailing the identification of quality problems and be able to recommend solutions/ CAP (Corrective Action Plan).Taking necessary action or inform the authority if any discrepancies happens.Any other assignment given by the top management
