| Responsibilities |

Monitor daily production (Cut to ship) and ensure the production line meets its target.Communicate and coordinate with relevant departments (Planning, IE, Cutting and Sample) based on the order sheet to ensure timely production.Manage and maintain sewing production lines to achieve a minimum efficiency of 70%Ensure PP samples and size sets are approved by buyers and act promptly on feedback to meet timelines.Manage critical situations efficiently, handling multiple orders and adapting to urgent requirements.Conduct daily production meetings to review progress, adjust priorities, and achieve weekly shipment schedules.Oversee the entire production workflow to maintain productivity and ensure all orders meet shipment deadlines.Implement strategies for reducing DHU, including rejection, alteration, over-cutting, overproduction, and overtime work.Monitor resource utilization closely, identifying areas for cost reduction without compromising quality.Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards across all production activities.Maintain a clean and organized production site, promoting a safe and compliant work environment. |
