The applicants should have experience in the following business area(s): Visa Process/Visa Counselling/ Foreign Language Learning Center (Japanese, German)/ Call center/Customer Service/Client Service/Customer Experience

Communicate fluently in both English and Bangla, with excellent reading and writing skills

Ability to follow instructions accurately and work directly with senior management & Ability to handle confidential matters with discretion.

Responsibilities
:
Handle all company documents, including banking paperwork, and maintain organized records for companies.
Work directly with the Managing Director, following instructions precisely and ensuring timely completion of tasks.
Coordinate meetings, events, and other administrative activities, ensuring proper organization.
Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and implement best practices for data protection.
Adapt quickly to changing priorities and improve office processes to increase operational efficiency.
Coordination all HR & Administrative function of the Company.
To maintain daily attendance for ensuring office discipline.
To maintain and update personal file and ensure proper maintenance of the same.
To maintain all data records papers in relation to Recruitment and Selection, wages and allowances.
Coordination with the others departments for smooth operation of the company.
Organize meetings, team wise meetings & take meeting minutes.
Prioritize and monitor incoming e-mails, phone calls etc. and follow up outstanding action.
Follow-up actions on pending important issues.
Assist office vehicle maintenance and follow up vehicle movement.
Ensure smooth transportation for management and staff.
Purchase all items collect quotation and issuing work order.
