Must be male, aged not more than 45 years.
Minimum 10+ years of experience in leading production operations in the garment manufacturing industry.
Strong expertise in all areas of manufacturing processes and production management.
Knowledge of work study, IE, and planning will be a great advantage.
Proficient in MS Excel and capable of delivering clear, concise presentations.
Fluency in English (both spoken and written) is a must.
Experience
:
At least 10 years
Responsibilities
:
Oversee and lead the overall production process across the factory.
Ensure smooth and efficient operation of all production lines.
Manage production teams and ensure targets are met with high-quality standards.
In-depth knowledge of manufacturing processes, work study, industrial engineering (IE), and production planning.
LEAN and KAIZEN basic knowledge would be an advantage in selecting the candidate
Drive continuous improvement initiatives and optimize production efficiency.
