  • At least 5 years in a senior or leadership role in the travel, tourism, or holiday planning industry.
  • Demonstrated experience in managing and leading teams, with a focus on performance and motivation.
  • Ability to plan, execute, and manage operations at a high level.
  • English Proficiency: IELTS Score 7.5 + (Not mandatory) will get high facilities
  • Comprehensive understanding of global travel destinations, visa processes, and industry best practices.
  • Expertise in Hajj, Umrah, and corporate travel services.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship management capabilities.
  • Proficiency in travel management systems and booking platforms.
  • Analytical skills to assess market trends and create actionable insights.
  • Languages: Fluency in English is essential; additional language skills are a plus.
  • Proven experience in the travel and tourism industry, with a focus on revenue generation and client management.
  • Strong understanding of international and domestic travel services, including ticketing, visa processes, and itinerary planning.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to work independently and take initiative to achieve targets.
  • Proficiency in using digital tools and platforms for client management and reporting.

  • Independently generate a designated monthly revenue for the company through personal initiatives and efforts.
  • Develop and implement strategies to achieve and exceed revenue targets.
  • Client Acquisition & Relationship Management:
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with high-value clients, corporate partners, and stakeholders to ensure client satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Identify and onboard new clients to expand the customer base.
  • Travel Services Management:
  • Oversee the end-to-end delivery of travel services, including itinerary planning, ticketing, visa processes, accommodation, and ground transportation.
  • Ensure a seamless and exceptional travel experience for clients.
  • Vendor Collaboration:
  • Establish and manage relationships with airlines, hotels, tour operators, and other service providers to secure competitive rates and exclusive deals.
  • Market Insight & Innovation:
  • Stay updated on global travel trends, emerging destinations, and industry regulations to enhance service offerings.
  • Propose and implement innovative holiday packages and travel solutions to meet evolving client needs.
  • Crisis Management:
  • Efficiently address and resolve operational challenges and client concerns to ensure a seamless travel experience.
