Company: Bin Hasan Education (A concern of Bin Hasan Group)The Senior Executive – Manpower Recruitment will oversee and execute recruitment operations, focusing on lead generation, client meetings, visa processing, and marketing activities. This role involves managing client relationships, ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, and achieving performance targets. The position requires strategic planning, stakeholder collaboration, and adherence to labor laws and visa regulations, aligning with the company’s objectives.Responsibilities:Lead Collection & Qualification:
Collect information from potential clients daily.
Convert a significant percentage of leads into qualified leads.
Conversion Rate & Client Meetings:
Conduct direct meetings or video calls with potential clients daily.
Confirm visa files within the specified timeframe.
Marketing & Promotion:
Create and promote social media posts related to visas.
Develop and share video content to attract potential clients.
Generate new leads through referral networks.
File Processing & Follow-Up:
Complete and submit all required documents for new files.
Ensure follow-up with each client and collect additional documents if needed.
Reporting & Performance Analysis:
Report daily progress to the manager.
Update each lead and client’s progress daily on Google Sheets.
Collaborate with sub-agents, international recruitment agencies, and training centers to create a diverse talent pool.
Establish and nurture relationships with sourcing partners and professional networks.
Client & Candidate Support:
Guide candidates and employers through the recruitment and placement process.
Address recruitment-related challenges faced by candidates during pre- and post-deployment phases.
Market Insight & Innovation:
Stay informed about global recruitment trends, best practices, and emerging market opportunities.
Continuously refine recruitment strategies to align with the company’s objectives.
