Experience: Minimum 1 year in IT-related work (Software Development, Networking, Cloud Computing, Cybersecurity, etc.).
Preferred Certifications (Not Mandatory but Highly Valued): Google, Amazon AWS, Microsoft, Cisco, IBM, or similar professional certifications.
Language Requirement:
Excellent English proficiency (B2 or C level).
German language is NOT required.
Key Skills Needed:
Strong technical expertise in programming, networking, cybersecurity, or cloud computing.
Experience in freelancing platforms (for IT-based freelancers).
Problem-solving & analytical skills to troubleshoot and develop solutions.
Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
