Responsibilities:Perform complex laboratory tests on patient samples (blood, urine, tissue) to assist in diagnosing and monitoring diseases.Ensure accurate test results through quality control and equipment maintenance.Process, label, and prepare specimens for analysis. Analyze and interpret test results, providing reports to healthcare providers.Operate and maintain laboratory equipment while adhering to safety standards.Maintained laboratory inventory and managed supplies.Collaborate with medical teams to ensure accurate patient care.Comply with regulatory standards and participate in lab audits.Bachelor or licensure as a Medical Technology, Clinical Laboratory Science, or related field from a recognized institutionCertification or licensure as a Medical Technologist from Bangladesh Medical and Dental Council (BMDC) or equivalent |
