Experience in troubleshooting and providing technical solutions.

ACNOVA is seeking two (2) experienced professionals to join the dynamic team as Executive Sales and Marketing to drive business growth and ensure excellent customer support.Key Objectives:
The primary responsibilities of the Executive – Sales & Marketing include:
Driving sales and marketing efforts for pharmaceutical instruments, consumables, reagents, standards, and chemicals in compliance with relevant standards and regulations.
Developing and maintaining relationships with clients to expand business opportunities.
Assisting in marketing initiatives, including promotions, campaigns, and trade shows.
Collaborating with the service team to provide technical support, troubleshooting assistance, and customer solutions.
Identifying new market trends, opportunities, and areas for business development.
Scope of Work:
Promote and sell company products to targeted industries.
Developing and executing sales strategies to meet business targets.
Responding to customer inquiries, providing solutions, and ensuring satisfaction.
Monitoring market trends and competitor activities.
Assisting in the installation and maintenance process by coordinating with the technical team.
Conducting market research to improve sales strategies and optimize product offerings.
Reporting Structure: The Executive in sales and marketing will report to the Head of Marketing and collaborate closely with the sales and technical teams to achieve business objectives.
