Drive according to direction whatever the role but business focus.
Need to act as “key Account Manager”.
Play the role to fulfill customers requirement by coordinating different departments of COL.
Provide excellent customer service and address client concerns proactively.
Conduct meetings and presentations with key decision-makers in businesses.
Monitor market trends and competitor activities to refine sales strategies.
Achieve assigned sales and retention targets.
Prepare and present sales reports and business growth analysis.
