Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Job Summary : The Senior Executive Visualizer will be responsible for conceptualizing and creating visually appealing and innovative packaging designs that align with our brand identity. This role involves collaboration with various departments to produce high-quality visual content for marketing campaigns, product packaging, digital media, and other promotional materials. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in graphic design.Key Responsibilities :
Develop and execute creative packaging designs for a variety of cosmetic and skincare products.
Conceptualize and produce high-quality graphics for digital and print media, including social media posts, website banners, email newsletters, brochures, and advertisements.
Collaborate with marketing and product development teams to understand project requirements and ensure visual content aligns with brand guidelines and marketing strategies.
Create and present design concepts and mock-ups for review and approval.
Ensure all designs are aligned with the brand's visual identity and strategic objectives.
Stay updated on industry trends, competitive products, and emerging design techniques.
Prepare final artwork for printing, ensuring high quality and accuracy.
Manage multiple design projects from conception to completion, ensuring timely delivery.
Work closely with photographers, illustrators, and other creative professionals to produce cohesive visual content.
Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers to ensure the quality and consistency of packaging materials.
Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers and interns, fostering a collaborative and creative environment.
Participate in brainstorming sessions to generate new ideas and concepts for upcoming projects.
Ensure all visual content is consistent, high-quality, and adheres to the brand's standards.
