Responsibilities |

Sales & Business Development:Identify and target high-net-worth individuals and corporate clients interested in interior design and renovation services.Build and maintain a strong sales pipeline by engaging potential residential and commercial project clients.Develop strategic relationships with real estate developers, construction site engineers, and civil engineers to secure project referrals.Conduct client meetings, present project proposals, and close sales deals.Meet or exceed monthly and quarterly sales targets.Marketing & Branding:Develop and execute marketing strategies to promote DesignXpert's services across digital and offline channels.Plan and implement promotional campaigns, events, and exhibitions targeting affluent clientele and industry stakeholders.Collaborate with design and operations teams to create compelling sales presentations and marketing materialsPartnership Development:Identify and establish mutual collaborations with real estate companies, developers, and industry professionals for project leads.Negotiate and formalize partnership agreements to ensure a steady flow of referrals.Client Relationship Management:Maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of satisfaction and repeat business.Handle client inquiries, resolve issues, and provide after-sales support. |
