Bengal Islami Life Insurance Limited, a leading Islami Shariah based 4th generation life insurance company is searching for a competent accounting professional for the position of Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to proficiently oversee and control the strategic and internal financial affairs of the Company. This is a senior management position in the company, who will report to the Chief Executive Officer and the Board of the Company.Responsibilities & Context:
Develop and execute financial strategies, goals, and policies.
Provide strategic financial leadership to the ManCom and Board.
Analyze financial trends and support decision-making with insights.
Oversee budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning.
Ensure compliance with accounting standards and regulatory requirements.
Prepare and present accurate financial reports to stakeholders.
Optimize capital structure, cash flow, and investment decisions.
Manage financial risks and implement mitigation strategies.
Establish internal controls to safeguard assets and ensure audit readiness.
Lead and develop a high-performing finance team.
Collaborate with regulatory bodies (IDRA, NBR, RJSC, BIDA, BSEC) and financial institutions.
Maintain investor relations and liaise with auditors and financial partners.
