| Responsibilities |

Lead the efforts with focusing on assigned buyers.Drive product development, optimize pricing strategies, and ensure effective communication across all levels of the organization.Allocate capacity effectively to support production lines and meet buyer demands.Identify and develop new buyer sources to expand the company's market reach.Prepare price quotations and negotiate costs with buyers until order confirmation is achieved.Maintain all forms of communication with buyers to ensure alignment and satisfaction.Follow up on all types of development samples to ensure they meet buyer specifications and timelines.Monitor booking placements to ensure the timely execution of orders.Collaborate with planning, production, and commercial teams to ensure all materials are in-house on time for shipment.Ensure timely delivery of fabrics and accessories to support production schedules.Manage proforma invoice (PI) approvals to facilitate smooth transactions.Oversees letter of credit (LC) follow-ups in coordination with the team and commercial department.Supervise the merchandising team, providing guidance and support to enhance productivity and performance. |
