The ideal candidate will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of catering operations, ensuring top-quality food and service, while maintaining high standards of hygiene and safety.Ensuring client service:
Creating food menu for the customer.
Ensure proper pricing of food with profit.
Ensuring properly food delivery.
Ensuring food serving to the Events.
Be present at every events for smooth operation.
Taking Customer feedback from our In-house customer.
Kitchen management:
Managing daily food and beverage operations.
Cook management.
Monitor all Kitchen staff activities.
Ensure Food testing.
Monitor Store properly & ensure proper storage of goods.
Ensure cleanliness & proper hygiene in kitchen.
Outlet Management:
Will kept food in every outlet properly as per customer demand.
Waiter management in every outlet & waiter training.
Talking customer feedback to Develop food quality.
Giving Idea to manager for outlet business development.
Waste Management.
Facilitate communication and collaboration between departments.
Find inter-departmental issues and escalate them as needed.
Always be obliged to perform any type of work assigned by the higher authorities.
