Responsibilities
:
We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Sales Executive Officer to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for developing and implementing marketing strategies to drive sales and promote our real estate offerings.Key to Responsibility :
Bringing customers to companies various projects.
Responsible for achieving aggressive Monthly targets.
Influences communicate, motivate, and inspire team members to achieve departmental objectives.
To communicate with prospective/target customers by calling, messaging, using social media & email.
To maintain healthy relationships with existing customers.
To create a solid database of prospective customers.
Execute the company sales activities, plan & procedure.
Report to the team leader when & where required.
To visit prospective customers (if needed) & set up meetings with potential clients.
To visit the apartment with the client for their queries and satisfaction.
Focus on how to promote more sales.
Responsible for maintaining after-sales officials' formalities i.e.
Checking application forms, preparing payment schedules, preparing the deed of agreement, and signing to the client.
Any Other activities as and when required by the management.
