Prepare and serve a variety of hot and cold beverages, including coffee, tea, and specialty drinks.Maintain high standards of customer service, ensuring a welcoming and friendly environment.Operate and maintain coffee machines, grinders, and other brewing equipment.Ensure the cleanliness and hygiene of the workstation and utensils following food safety standards.Manage inventory and restock coffee beans, milk, syrups, and other ingredients as needed.Take customer orders, process payments, and handle cash transactions efficiently.Recommend menu items and customize drinks according to customer preferences.Work collaboratively with the kitchen and service team to enhance the overall guest experience.Handle customer inquiries and complaints professionally to ensure satisfaction.Follow hotel standards and procedures to maintain quality and consistency in beverage preparation. |
