Develop and implement production plans: Develop plans outlining production targets, budgets, objectives, and schedules and ensure that these plans are followed. Monitor the production process and adjust schedules as needed to meet production demands.Supervise staff: Assign responsibilities to production staff and monitor their performance. Lead by example and support staff in order to ensure a harmonious work environment.Ensure quality: Ensure that processes are implemented in compliance with the company’s quality standards. Monitor the production process to identify areas of improvement and take action to address any issues.Manage budget: Analyze costs and identify ways to reduce production costs. Monitor expenses and take action to control and reduce expenses when necessary.Develop strategies: Analyze production data and use this information to develop strategies that will improve production efficiency and quality executive.
