Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and experienced Heavy & Light Diesel Technician / Hydraulic Mechanic to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining heavy and light diesel vehicles, as well as hydraulic systems and equipment.Key Responsibilities:• Diagnose and troubleshoot mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic issues in diesel engines and heavy/light machinery.• Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and overhauls on diesel engines, transmissions, and hydraulic systems.• Inspect and test vehicle systems to ensure proper functionality.• Repair and replace faulty components such as pumps, motors, cylinders, valves, and hoses.• Conduct preventive maintenance to minimize downtime and maximize equipment efficiency.• Read and interpret technical manuals, blueprints, and schematics.• Ensure all work is completed following safety standards and regulations.• Maintain accurate service records and reports.Requirements:• Diploma or certification in Diesel Mechanics, Hydraulic Systems, or a related field.• Proven experience as a diesel technician or hydraulic mechanic, preferably in heavy machinery or automotive industries.• Strong knowledge of diesel engines, fuel systems, transmissions, and hydraulic components.• Ability to use diagnostic tools and repair equipment efficiently.• Familiarity with safety procedures and compliance standards.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.• Physically fit and able to work in challenging conditions.
