Job Description:We are looking for a skilled Panel Beater / Painter to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for repairing and restoring vehicle bodywork, removing dents, and applying high-quality paint finishes to ensure a professional look.Key Responsibilities:• Assess and repair damaged vehicle panels, including dent removal, welding, and realignment.• Strip and refit body panels, trims, and other components.• Prepare vehicle surfaces for painting by sanding, filling, and priming.• Mix and apply paint using spray guns and other techniques to achieve a high-quality finish.• Match colors and ensure smooth, even coatings.• Polish and buff painted surfaces to remove imperfections.• Ensure all work meets safety and quality standards.• Maintain tools and equipment in proper working condition.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Panel Beater and/or Automotive Painter.• Strong knowledge of panel beating, dent repair, and spray-painting techniques.• Ability to use welding, grinding, and sanding tools efficiently.• Experience with paint mixing, spraying, and finishing.• Attention to detail and ability to work with precision.• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.• Physically fit and able to handle manual tasks.
