Job Description:We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Watchmaker to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for diagnosing, repairing, and servicing a variety of watches, including mechanical, quartz, and automatic timepieces.Key Responsibilities:• Inspect, diagnose, and repair watches, including movement adjustments and part replacements.• Disassemble, clean, lubricate, and reassemble watch components.• Replace batteries, crystals, straps, and other external parts as needed.• Conduct precision testing and calibration to ensure accurate timekeeping.• Repair or replace worn-out or damaged components such as mainsprings, balance wheels, and gears.• Work with specialized tools and equipment to maintain high-quality standards.• Maintain detailed records of repairs and services performed.• Provide professional customer service and advice regarding watch care and maintenance.Requirements:• Proven experience as a Watchmaker or in a similar role.• Formal training or certification in watchmaking is preferred.• Strong understanding of mechanical and quartz watch movements.• Proficiency in using watchmaking tools and precision instruments.• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.• Ability to work independently and maintain high-quality craftsmanship.• Good communication and customer service skills.
