Educational Requirement : Honors/Bachelor degree from a reputed UniversityGraduation on Engineering/English/ Law will get preference
Other Requirement :
  • Age 30 to 35 years
  • Good command over English language is mandatory.
  • Excellent command over MS Office is required.
  • Thorough knowledge on RSC, LEED, BSCI, SEDEX, WRAP, BETTER WORK, HIGG-SLCP, ICS, OEKO-TEX, GRS, RCS, OCS, GOTS, ISO-9001, ISO-14000 etc.
  • Well conversant with Bangladesh Labor Law 2006 and its Rules & Amendment.
  • Well conversant with renowned Brands CoC, especially NEXT, H&M etc.
  • Those who are not directly working in compliance need not to apply.

  • Entrust Group, a reputed 100% Export oriented RMG Manufacturer of Bangladesh is looking for experienced professional for the position of Sr. Executive, Compliance for its Woven Factory.
  • Job Responsibilities
  • Assist compliance manager for audit preparations for renewal of compliance certificates and prepare factory for different types of compliance audits like RSC, LEED, BSCI, SEDEX, BETTER WORK, HIGG-SLCP, GRS, RCS, ICS, OEKO-TEX, OCS, GOTS, WRAP, ISO-9001, ISO-14000 etc.
  • Must have experience to obtain license & its renewal (Factory, Trade, Fire, Boiler, Environmental certificate, IRC, ERC etc.).
  • Follow up all policy, records, formats, statement, files, registers of all departments are properly prepared, issued, update & maintained as per compliance requirement/ standards.
  • Suggest management on the company's compliance with laws and regulations through detailed reports.
  • Create and manage effective action plans in response to audit discoveries and compliance deviations.
  • Regularly conduct audit to identify possible weaknesses or risks on company’s procedures, practices, and documentation.
  • Ensure all employees are educated on the latest regulations and processes.
  • Resolve employee concerns about legal compliance.
  • Monitor working hours on regular basis and escalate if there are any deviations/exceptions from the authority approvals.
  • Ensure compliance with Bangladesh Labor Laws, International Labor Standards, and Buyer Codes of Conduct.
