Strong knowledge of networking protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, etc.) and network hardware.
Familiarity with operating systems (Windows, macOS, Linux) and common software applications.
Hands-on experience with cabling, patch panels, and network infrastructure.
Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Relevant certifications (e.g., CompTIA Network+, CompTIA A+ or equivalent) are a plus.

Diagnose and resolve network connectivity issues, including LAN/WAN, routers, switches and branch offices.• Monitor network performance and ensure optimal uptime and reliability. • Assist in configuring and maintaining network devices up to layer 1.
PC Troubleshooting:
Provide technical support for hardware, printer, CCTV and software issues on desktops, laptops, and peripherals.
Install, configure, and troubleshoot operating systems and applications.
Perform routine maintenance and upgrades on PCs.
Layer 1 Support:
Troubleshoot and resolve physical layer issues, including cabling, patch panels, and network ports etc.
Ensure proper installation and maintenance of network infrastructure (e.g., fiber optics, copper cables).
Collaborate with vendors and contractors for cabling and infrastructure projects.
General IT Support:
Respond to IT support tickets and provide timely resolutions.
Document issues, solutions, and procedures for knowledge sharing.
Assist in IT asset management and inventory tracking.
