We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Senior Officer / Assistant Manager - Accounts & Finance to join our dynamic team.Job Responsibilities:
Oversee foreign company registration such as RJSC, BIDA, Trade License and other licensing processes in Bangladesh.
Ensure compliance with all Income Tax, VAT, Companies Act. and other legal regulatory requirements and maintain necessary documentation.
Represent the company in legal proceeding as well as maintaining liaison with the concerned Govt. authorities including VAT, Customs and Tax authorities.
Manage all Corporate Income Tax and VAT related queries and filings in the right manner.
Should have clear knowledge about VDS, Investment Policy and International Trade.
Maintain Import & Export, sound knowledge Bill of Entry & rebate compliance.
In-depth knowledge of Bangladesh tax laws, regulations, and procedures, including VAT, Income tax, and customs duties.
Maintain statements in compliance with the regulatory requirements of the related bodies - Auditors (internal & external), NBR (Tax purpose) and VAT authorities.
Should have sound knowledge on VAT rebate/refund and exemption process.
And any other assignment which may be assigned by the management.
