Answer and direct phone calls, emails, and inquiries in a professional manner.
Handle incoming/outgoing mail.

Conduct telemarketing calls to prospective clients, providing detailed information about study abroad programs.
Follow up on leads, inquiries, and student applications to drive engagement.
Maintain and update customer databases with accurate information.
