Somerset properties Ltd is looking for qualified and well experienced Project Engineer.Responsibilities:To assist renovation works (as and when required at site)Checking contractor's bill.Visit sites with clients upon requirementAble to interpret drawings and implement those at the site accordingly.Check & confirm safety & security during site work.Maintain & control sequential site work regularly.Check the quality of materials & workmanship during site work.Ensuring proper utilization of capital goods, machinery etc.To provide materials requisition, to receive materials as per requirement, to check stock & materials quality properly as per agreed specification.To maintain a workbook & keep all vendors' actual work measurement.To provide daily progress reports as per plan & through digital communication. |
