This role is pivotal in managing a dedicated team responsible for nurturing and maintaining relationships with our individual customers.   • Team Leadership: Manage and mentor a team responsible for handling customer accounts, ensuring they deliver top-tier service and build strong relationships with clients.
  • Customer Relationship Management: Maintain regular communication with customers, addressing their needs and concerns promptly. Ensure a warm and welcoming experience at all touchpoints.
  • Strategic Planning: Work with the team to develop and implement customer service initiatives and plans aimed at enhancing customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Talent Acquisition: Identify and recruit talented professionals for the customer service team, ensuring we have the right skills and resources to meet our clients' needs.
  • Interdepartmental teamwork: Work closely with other departments, such as Construction and Sales, to ensure unified service delivery and address any project-related customer issues.
