He will need to ensure that all POs are processed on time without compromising our buyer’s quality standards. He will oversee everything from sample development, order placement for fabric & accessories, quality inspection, and final shipment of finished garments.Job Location - 30 Shaheed Captain Mansur Ali Shawarani, Mogbazar, Dhaka 1217Working time: Working hours are from Saturday to Thursday, 9 AM to 7 PM.Job Responsibilities:
Perfect execution of all purchase orders, on time, while maintaining buyer’s quality standards.
Thoroughly understand and analyse the tech pack and spec sheet of all styles in every purchase order.
Prepare a costing sheet for garments of all the styles included in each PO.
Prepare data sheets on MS Excel in order to summarise all information regarding garments of every style included in each PO.
Ensure accurate development and timely delivery of garment samples.
Source suppliers who can provide fabric, accessories, and other supplies on time, at reasonable price, without compromising quality.
Place purchase orders on suppliers for fabric, accessories, and other supplies required for garment production.
Ensure high quality RMG production and on-time shipment of garments.
Maintain consistent communication with buyers, suppliers, freight forwarders, and external wash factories.
Maintain consistent communication with internal departments including - Sample development department, production department, Quality Control, inventory department, commercial department, & finance department.
Provide timely reports to upper management personnel.
Any other task assigned by upper management.
