Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Marketing, or any related field.
Other Requirement
:
2-3years in telemarketing, customer service, or lead management. (Relevant fields are preferable)
Excellent verbal communication skills in Bangla & English.
Confident, persuasive, and professional phone etiquette.
Ability to handle client objections and build trust over calls.
Knowledge of CRM tools (HubSpot preferred).
Strong coordination & follow-up skills.
Self-motivated and goal-oriented.

Responsibilities
:
Make outbound calls to potential clients.
Receive inbound calls from interested clients and provide necessary information.
Identify potential clients, qualify leads, and forward them to the sales team.
Maintain and update all client interactions in HubSpot CRM.
Coordination and nurturing leads throughout the sales funnel, ensuring follow-ups and
engagement.
Build strong relationships with clients through professional and friendly communication.
Work closely with the marketing and sales team to improve client conversion rates.
Keep records of all interactions, inquiries, and customer feedback.
Work Hours: Full-time (6 days a week)Location: House: 5, Road-21/A, Nikunja-2, Dhaka, Bangladesh.
