    Responsibilities : Job ContextSmart, good looking, energetic and self-motivated.·         Ability to work under pressure.Applications are invited for this position in USTC, on the following terms and conditions:Job ResponsibilitiesRespond to incoming calls and give the information that the caller has asked.Forward calls to the relevant departments or individuals.Place outgoing calls, receive messages and deliver to concerned staff.Ensure confidentiality of sensitive information during phone communications.Collaborate with the IT department to address phone or system issues.Provide excellent customer service to students, staff, and visitors.Take messages and forward them to the relevant parties.Carries out tasks assigned by the competent authority.
