  • ক্লাইন্টের সাথে সুন্দর ও মিষ্ট ভাষী কথা বলা এবং তাদের অভিবাধন জানানো।
  • ক্লাইন্টের ফিডব্যাক সংগ্রহ করা।
  • সোশ্যাল মিডিয়ার কাস্টমারদের প্রশ্নের উত্তর দিতে হবে।
